Timberland offers a wide selection of solid doors, ranging from traditional and colonial designs to carved doors, glazed doors, pivot doors, arched doors, sliding doors, sidelight frames and doors and a very popular range of sliding folding doors. Fixed Louvre products, Garage Doors and Gates, as well as stylized Batwing Doors, are also available. Doors are mostly manufactured with matching frames unless otherwise specified. Our doors range in size and style from highly specialized to standard. We encourage you to use the splendour of wood to create a special effect or unusual features in your homes, projects, developments, lodges or simple refurbishments.

Pivot Doors
The modern trend of Pivot doors, designed for wide entrances and apertures, are an attractive addition to many homes. We supply a high quality imported pivot mechanism with the door and frame. The choice of style is only limited by your imagination. Almost all Solid and Glazed Doors seen in our galleries can be modelled into a pivot door.
Glazed Doors
Most of our traditional solid doors can be transformed by the addition of glazing. Custom glass effects add beautiful individuality. Popular French Doors in Cottage Pane, Full Pane, Happy Style or Horizontal Bar are all-time classics. Any of our Solid Door designs can be transformed with the addition of some glazed panels. Usually glazing is supplied directly to the client by glaziers of their choice.
Sliding Folding Doors
Sliding Folding ( stacking doors ) are a useful way to stylishly and effectively deal with large openings in homes. A common application is the opening up of rooms for larger entertainment areas. These doors are available in most styles from our galleries and are supplied fully fitted with imported high-quality mechanisms, either brass or satin chrome.
Sliding Doors
Timberland offers a wide range of sliding doors from Cottage Pane, Horizontal Bar, Full Pane to “Happy” designs, in both single or double sliding, depending on aperture widths. We offer the opportunity to design your own door or transform any design available on our website, where technically possible, into a unique sliding door. In addition, we have manufactured these doors with opening sashes in the door leaf, with fitted toplights and fanlights for extra light and air. In special cases, mosquito screens may be fitted to the opening leaves. All sliding doors are fully fitted with brass sliding track, wheels and top guides.
Sidelights
Sidelight frames with matching doors are a popular choice for larger apertures. Cottage Pane, Full Pane or Horizontal Bar designs are most popular, but we encourage you to widen the scope to include almost any design from our portfolio. We offer opening sashes in the sidelight leaf or door, as well as toplights and fanlights for additional height, light and air.
Carved Doors
We engage independent craftsmen and artists to create carvings of a wide range of images. Historically, this has included subjects such as rhino, elephant, lion, buffalo, birds and scenes of Africa. We have been commissioned to produce carvings of American scenes and churches, company logos and university emblems. Anything may be possible given a suitable photograph or drawing which may be graphically reproduced on wood by the carvers.
Other Doors
Fixed Louvre products are available as Doors or Cupboard Doors, as are Batwing Doors ( suitable for internal use ), Custom Gates ( both sliding and hinged ) and Garage Doors. Garage Doors are limited in size to no more than 2.5m height and 2.5m width due to the weight of the door. We do not supply these doors motorized, but we will make recommendations for suitable suppliers available in Zimbabwe.
