We are back at work and looking forward to a good year . We are focussing on the positive and not wanting the sadness of the last week to cloud our enthusiasm . As manufacturers we strive by all means to play our part in moving our country forward , satisfying customers and earning foreign exchange .
Our wifi service was interrupted last week but the mails have been arriving steadily since then and we have a pleasing amount of enquiries and orders .
Due to the tradition of Zimbabweans of the diaspora coming home over Christmas we had our Marketing team on standby over Christmas handling that side of things . We had a nice order from a Zimbabwean living in East Africa , several from SA and the UK as well . They are all investing in lovely homes in Zim and find their way to our door . Some want a complete houseful of windows and doors and others just desire a beautiful custom made front door .
A big thank you to Cheryl , Shadreck , Bernard and Mister T for the extra mile they went for clients over the holiday period .
Our kilns are full of fine quality timber and we have hit the ground running .
As usual we are fanatical about containing costs and can report that we are able to keep our prices at 2018 levels for now . Long may this continue .
