BETTER LATE THAN NEVER .
The Aroma of Teak , Mukwa , Pine and Cypress .
Arriving at work each morning , we are greeted by the wonderful scents of wood being processed . The aroma of raw wood and sawdust from these fine timbers is truly one of nature’s most marvellous perfumes ! Thus inspired , any negative thoughts of fuel queues and other hassles are wafted away .
The timber soon comes out of production as beautiful custom made windows and doors for our clients .
Timber was the first ever material utilised by people . One hears of the stone age , the iron age and the technical stages of civilisation but really it was the timber age which started first and has never stopped . Humans are programmed to appreciate and use timber .
Please remember that although we use timber , we love trees and all of the wood we use in sustainably harvested and the industry is well supervised . Some people are cynical about this but it is true . Overall , in spite of a growing population and pressures on land use Zimbabwe has nearly 25% of it’s surface in some type of preserved area be it National Parks , Forestry Areas or private Conservation reserves . An impressive statistic indeed ! As long as there is no demand for our forests areas to be used for alternative agricultural uses , our trees are safe .
We are also fortunate in that we deal directly with our customers . There are no middlemen between ourselves and our clients . The customers has an idea of what she ( or he ) requires and we make that for them . There is the satisfaction of creativity and the challenge of design and manufacture in every unique product . We feel the joy and appreciation from our customers directly.
It is well understood that good morale is the key to delivering the high standards of service and product needed to survive in a tough and competitive business environment . We are blessed with happy spirits and a highly motivated team .
We are positive about the future of our business and our beautiful country and are appreciative of our many blessings .
